Aside from 72 hour after you sign the agreement, there are no refunds. In order to ensure you and I are both equally committed to a health coaching package, I believe it is best policy to offer no exit strategy. This approach ensures that we both bring our best to the coaching relationship.

Labs kits will be shipped to your address and conducted in the privacy of your own home. Kits come included with pre-paid mailers which can be dropped off at your local UPS or FedEx location. Turn around times for lab results varies from 1-4 weeks depending on the lab.

After all test results have come back from the various labs, a deep analysis is performed and your individualized protocol is developed. You custom protocol and lab results are reviewed during your Results & Recommendations session. This is done all at once, not ad-hoc or one lab at a time. This is the beauty in this approach - I look at the full constellation of stars all at once to get a complete picture of healing opportunities for each client.

Yes, a payment plan is offered to help break up the costs and make the investment more feasible. 50% of the selected program cost will be due upon engaging PureVeda. The deposit is purposefully front-loaded because the major expense of the program (lab fees) and consulting work from the practitioner are also greater at the beginning. The remainder will be split up into regular installments (varies by program). A small administrative fee will be added to cover the costs on the back-end to manage this process.

Labs from your doctor are intended to determine if you are in a diseased state or healthy. The purpose of Functional testing that you do with PureVeda is to reveal how much stress your body is under in order to keep you from crossing over to disease OR to help avoid a client’s diseased state from progressing/getting worse. These tests are useful to see where your body needs the greatest support and what disease state(s) would be likely if you don’t get that support.

Currently, insurance is set up to cover diagnosed diseases and disorders. Since our work together is focused on balancing the body while it is still sub-clinical (i.e., symptomatic but not yet in disease) and because I do not “diagnose” anything as an FDN-P, insurance does not cover the testings or fees. For clients who do have a diagnosis from their physician, only visits with your doctor for that condition will be covered by insurance. PureVeda and the Functional Health community remain optimistic that this will change in the future as more people are taking an active role in their own health and seeking out ways to feel better without surgery, pharmaceuticals or invasive procedures.

This varies person by person depending on how long they have been out of balance, the severity of their Metabolic Chaos (what shows up on the labs) and how well someone follows the protocol and recommendations. Generally, 90 days of intensive work together starts to show changes and improvements which is why that’s the preferred package. However, some people respond more quickly and others take longer - we can’t force the body to heal on a specific timeframe. The ultimate goal is for each client to feel their best, be educated and empowered to continue their good health, and not need this support anymore.
