  • Energy and Mood:

    • Fatigue, depression, anxiety, “wired and tired” feeling, exhaustion, restlessness, sleep disturbances, mood swings, inability to deal with stress at any level, obsessive thinking, anger, lethargy, lack of motivation, overwhelmed.

    • Men: erectile dysfunction, weight gain, enlarged breasts, low libido, acne, loss of muscle tone, infertility.

  • Other:

    • Insomnia / sleep disturbances, headaches, low immunity / gets sick often, joint pain, trouble concentrating, brain fog, poor memory, skin rashes/irritations.

    • Toxic exposure/ detox - VOCs, mold / mycotoxins, glyphosate, heavy metals, etc.

Symptoms are helpful to a point - but they don’t tell the client or the practitioner what’s going on further “upstream” from the symptoms they are experiencing. Some call this finding the root cause, but rarely is there only one root cause to a client’s feeling unwell - there are often many contributors to poor health all converging and interplaying together. Leveraging the clues from the lab results as well as information from the intake forms and medical history help guide the recommendations and plan of action.

The PureVeda Approach - East Meets West

Investigate:

Using labs and clinically correlating the results to the symptoms the person is experiencing is important - we don't simply “treat the paper” but instead focus on the person sitting in front of us.

An extensive client history and intake assist in understanding the full picture as well.

Rebalance:

By removing stressors from the body, giving it the nutrients it needs and addressing lifestyle factors, the body can return to balance and restore function to the HIDDEN systems. They include hormones, immune system, detoxification, digestion, energy production, nervous system - plus one bonus area of oxidative stress. A return homeostasis both mind and body.

Guide:

My role is one of educator, coach and health detective. With knowledge comes power and empowering clients to better understand their body, nurture and listen to it is a big part of this process. Clients must be active participants and take accountability for their own health - you are your best advocate! I provide support through out the program with regular check points to assess progress and provide tweaks as needed. My main purpose is to help you feel better!

Flourish:

I teach each client how to tune into what’s best for their body, create harmony with the body instead of treating it as the enemy and ultimately the knowledge on how to maintain good health long term. This is not a “quick fix” approach - it’s finding a way to respect our bodies, listen to them and nourish them with the foods, lifestyle, nutrients and restoration they need to stay health for life!

The aim is for clients to be engaged, feel empowered about their own health, listen to their intuition about their body, remain open to the ups and downs in the healing journey, and observe the layers of themselves unfold as they improve their health.
